I have tried our level best to gather information from various sources, and inter-tallied them. This seems to be a viable answer. Top speed would be considered here under testing driving conditions. Hayabusa means peregrine falcon, it was made to surpass the honda black bird in terms of speed,
it was called hayabusa because the bird of prey hunts the black bird.
